Dearest P.E.T. Families,
We had a fun Halloween Day filled with lots of school spirit and our first PET Talent Show! Merci à Mme Arianne and all the performers! Thank you to Royal Plus for donating treats (chocolates & chips) to our students.
Our Spiritual & Community Animator, Ms Veronica D’Agata, organized a beautiful Remembrance Day Ceremony for Tuesday, Nov. 7th for the entire school with bag piper, Mr Ron Rice, CPL. Georgia Tsotas, and several grade 6 students who read poems.
All parents/guardians must have a Mozaik account. To report your child’s absence, enter it on Mozaik before 8am. Please do not email the school or secretary.
School Fees are passed due. Parents who have yet to pay are to contact the school immediately. Letters for late payments will be sent home.
Our chocolate fundraiser has come to an end. Thank you to all who supported. This is our biggest fundraiser that funds most of all the activities at the school. For those who have not returned the monies, we ask that you do so by the end of this week.
Winter is around the corner, and it is getting colder outside. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately. Students are to be in school dress code when inside the school. This includes sweaters and sweatshirts that must be solid navy blue or white, without large logos or graphics. All students must wear closed-toe shoes in school. No booties or boots allowed.
Thank you to all parents who filled out the interactive maps for the city on the danger zones around our school. Once we receive the results, we will see what changes will be made.
The bus strike is ongoing and still on. The EMSB will be sending out information regarding the updates on the strike. As for the common front strike that took place on Monday, Nov. 6, if there are more strikes that will take place, the EMSB will inform you of these as well. Please ensure that you check your emails. Some of our activities (Book Fair, Parent Teacher Interviews might be affected, so please stay tuned).
