A Special Board Meeting of the English Montreal School Board, presided over by the Trustee, Ms. Marlene Jennings, will take place on Wednesday, October 28, at 3:00 P.M. in the Laurence Patterson Conference Room, Administration Building. Ms. Jennings will be joined by a minimal number of Senior Management Staff. To respect social distancing, they will be seated at least six feet apart.
Members of the public, will not be admitted to respect sanitary and safety measures.
Questions for the Question Period must be sent to the Secretary General Me Nathalie Lauzière in advance, by Tuesday, October 27 at 4 p.m. at nlauziere@emsb.qc.ca. If members of the public would like to be on the phone to ask their question(s) at the meeting, they may leave a phone number to be reached. All personal information will be kept confidential. Ms. Jennings will read out each question and respond on camera.
